How
to Order a Bouquet of Cookies
Note: In
order to utilize our online ordering system, you must have a JavaScript
capable browser, and you must have cookies enabled.
- Pick a Bouquet that you
would like to send. Visit either Occasions
or Gallery
- Recipient information. We
need the name of the recipient and their correct and complete address
and phone number. Please include the business name for bouquets going
to businesses.
- NOTE:
Incorrect addresses are subject to a $15 Fee that will appear separately
on your credit card statement as well as a possible delay in the arrival
of your gift. Please, PLEASE be sure of the address information provided.
We assume no responsibility for delays occurring due to insufficient
shipping/delivery info.
- Tell us what the occasion
is. i.e., Birthday, Get Well, Anniversary, Thank you, New Baby, I Love
You, To Cheer You, etc, etc.
- Fill out a brief enclosure
card. We will have to shorten any card over 15 words in length.
- Tell us the date that you
want the bouquet to arrive. Please see our shipping FAQ for shipping
days, weekend delivery, shipping charges etc. Here is how the arrival
date function will appear. It is part of the first page after you move
on to checkout.
- Choose the Flavors
you want to include. NOTE: We recommend an assortment of all seven of
our flavors unless you are familiar with this person's preferences.
An assortment of all of them will be used if no preference is indicated.
- Choose shipping or delivery
option. Bear in mind that if you order after 1 PM on Wednesday and want
it to be shipped to arrive by Friday, you will need to choose overnight
shipping.
- Submit Payment Info on
our secure server. You will need Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover.

- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- Your Email Address
- OR Open
an account (2 Week Waiting period for approval.) Must have acrobat
reader to view account info. Terms Net 30
Faxing
To fax an order, simply print out the fax
form, or the "pdf" version of
the order form if you have the free Adobe Acrobat reader. Fill in the
appropriate information, and fax us at (919) 872-9925 with your order.
